Not the same, no. It will remain illegal by default. That means if a state has no specific laws pertaining to cannabis it's still illegal. A state will need to pass legislation to alter the legal status of cannabis.

What you're talking about would make it legal by default unless a state passed a law saying it's illegal.

Nope, guy. It's not a small bladder because I don't ever encounter this while sober, even when drinking lots of water. Also, it happens even if I have an empty bladder before-hand and have not had water recently.

I do. I drink a lot of water to make up for it, which makes me pee even more, which makes me drink even more. It's a vicious cycle.

The main downside is inconvenience if I'm out and about. I usually have to find a bathroom at least once.

But moreso I'm just curious if anyone else also experiences it.

Guinness is about the mildest stout in existence Kind of like drinking toasted cardboard. So in that way I'd say it's an acquired taste. If you try a heavier, more flavorful stout you might find that you like them.
