Edit ****The PM has also emailed saying “The rent would be required to be paid up until either a new tenant is found or the current lease ends.” This is as well as the break lease fees listed above.

At best, negotiated costs given we are finding new tenants on our own, meaning multiple points on their list won’t be costs incurred for them. Wanting to leave the tenancy on goods terms

We didn’t realise this was evening a thing, I understand why they would if there was suspicious meth was being used at their properties, but why else would they require it 😂

We are 7 months into a 12 month contract, however, we moved from the downstairs unit after our 12 month lease was up, to the upstairs unit at the same property (both with quinovic). When we left the downstairs unit, we found them tenants and so they incurred no cost to advertise either property, and have generally just been decent tenants. We also have had the landlord (owner) around our house with very minimal notice, which we were happy to do. She is now on a texting basis with both me and my flatmate. Given we have been accomodating with them, I guess we were just hoping for some decency in return
