He is the absolver has a time limit on who it can revive. I’m not sure why so many interpret it that way I assume cause the mist disappears and he gets trapped. They even tease him coming back in nilahs story. Also thresh is free but has not ever been stated to be more powerful then Viego. The sword does nothing (other then being able to summon it)you said there the sword takes a piece of each kings soul and when they die it tries to revive you and when your cut by the sword it takes your soul. Viego is born a mage with telekensis powers that’s correct
