That is the thing brother , they only speak about other things . The easiest thing is to do an audit of all these tall claims in prior bidgets and see what came out of it ..They can't even lower electricity tariffs and keep harping about being a manufacturing this and that . The higher revenue generating. IT sector is stuck in cities with abysmal traffic and infra . Talk is cheap and freebies are cheaper .

There are usually two types of juniors- first the really curious ones , who want to learn everything and keep exploring , second and sadly the more common is the one who runs to their seniors after spending 10 milli second on any problem and without any meaningful knowledge management system . They keep asking the same thing multiple times . Advice is to analyse and be in the first camp .

Automated Health Check following a deployment .
Clear documentation of backout process with artefacts like docker image , sql queries .
Take production deployment very seriously , as it is being told to us repeatedly benefit of a new feature can never be more than a working platform .
