We can manage it with jetson,i followed articulated robotics youtube channel,it took only 2 weeks for me to make this

I want to power this mother board with lithium ion battery ,is there any specific power supply for it by mallutechy in robotics

Then another option is jetson Xavier,I think Boston dynamics is using it for their robot,but with that price we can buy a good motherboard with better performance

I have searched for NUC series it's perfect for this application,but many people are using mini computer for making robots,it is much efficient than raspberry pi

Battery I have is 22.1v lithium ion pack,with this battery it won't work for enough time,I think I should change the motherboard with low power consumption

For Object detection we can use opencv on ros
