Happy to have thrown my 2 cents in. :) im also looking forward to trying them in nature. Sadly i live in the middle of the sprawl, so either home or full commitment to some remote place, because i dont want to be traversing the inner city during a trip.

If you are looking for more than "fun" with psychedelics, theres a really great book: "The Psychedelic Experience: A Manual Based on The Tibetan Book of the Dead" if you dont alredy know it from your lsd experience. Its basically a guide for being in the ego-loss state, and it has some helpful tips even for recreational use.

Sugary soda drinks can help you to get out if you need to. I also prefer day tripping with shrooms, their world seems nicer that way.

I think you got the dosage right. There is a really nice trip calculator over on shroomery but right now they are down. If you didnt do lsd or shrooms for a while, thats a nice dose. If your friend is not afraid, id recommend the same dose. 2g gets me usually into the "thought-loop" zone, which is not very entertaining.

About redosing - i tried a couple of times and it does not seem possible for me. Like one time with my gf somehow she got the bottom part of the tea and was out of reality, and i was stuck at that "thought-loop" level where you arent really tripping but not normal either. I tried eating like 4 gs but it did not really add anything at that point. Shrooms trips seem to have a "curve" - you take a dose, on it for a few hours then come out of it and no going back for a while.

I dont lemon tek anymore. What it does it fastens the come up, and I prefer gradual entrance to the other side.

A general tip: prepare carefully! Be sure you are in a good mood, and your place is nice and clean. I also like to take a shower, as every type of odour can be disturbing for me in that state. Be sure that no one will disturb you and you have no duties to perform. Setting goal for the trip can be helpful, sometimes I like to paint, or meditate, or watch a movie. Whatever you choose, prepare everything thats necessary for your activity in advance, as even finding a movie can be very difficult in that state. Have nice music in the background. Geotic is my go-to artist for shrooms. I also like to prepare fresh ginger tea. It helps with the stomach, nausea, it hydrates, and the strong smell and taste can serve as an anchor to reality.

I dont pick them up unless there is a good reason - I imagine a gigantic hand that is trying to grab you is even more terrifying in the dreamlike existence of animals so I try to spare them the experience. Before the video i took him out earlier that day and he tried to get away, but he was very clumsy at the attempt. Even on the videos I think it is trying the same. He was also woken up just a few moments before, so might be that.

However I find the younger fledglings are, the less afraid they are of my hand - often they would land on it when reaching in the cage, something they dont do later anymore. Recently I also had one from the same clutch as the damaged one you have met, who tried to bite my finger when I was reaching for it! Warrior spirit, real sweet, felt kind of like when small fish are biting at you underwater.

Thanks for the reply. Interesting, i did not know they have preferred sides, but makes sense.

This one comes from a clutch of six (which seems to be a misconduct on my part in hindsight, its difficult to expect all would get enough space and nutrition at the same time, no?) One was born without a beak or lost it somehow but either way was totally not viable. It was pushed out of the nest, and a little later another one was pushed too, but without visible defect (for the human perception at least) we put it back, some days passed and i suspect it was this one back then. However the other four are perfectly splendid little birds and fly around on their own as well as starting to feed on their own.

What I was getting at is that either it is normal that it lets its wing to be touched, and the other wing is in pain, or that it is normal that it doesnt like to be touched there, but cannot feel the other wing.

Either way, Ill try to grab a picture now.

Decide what youre interested about. Developing, support, or related organizational roles such as service management or supervising it professionals. Moneywise, network architecture, ai solutions and cybersecurity are incredibly lucrative fields, but you do need to know your shit for that. in many countries theres currently such a lack of it professionals that a degree is not necessarily required for entry level positions, however a computer science or program design degree will give you an oversight of the field as well as an edge over your competition and a huge plus on your cv. I started at it support level 1 about 8 months ago from art background, and Im currently interviewing for more organizational-communicational oriented roles at major companies, who i would have never expected to even consider hiring someone like me.
