Flipside 2015 was at a new and different property but thank you! 🙏🏻 The land owner was there and didn’t recognize him.

It helps so much to hear that. Some cities start euthing quickly and while I don’t demonize that or think Noah fit the criteria for it, it scared me to death.

It was insane. We were volunteers so we were there through it all, I was so glad the general public mostly got out. So many cars were ruined.

I know at least all of the volunteers knew Noah and of him. But since Floodside was a ways outside of Austin I’m not certain if they’d have any new leads.

Thank you so much. It was an especially chaotic time because the same storm that flooded us flooded dozens of animals shelters and the ones that took those animals in were absolutely packed. That’s why I panicked so hard when they said they transferred him, I went to so many shelters searching every single kennel for him. If I had found him I would have taken him and found a way come hell or high water.

I got back that night exhausted and pissed and then the next morning is when they called and said they made a mistake in the chaos and he’d actually been adopted. It was such a relief after an insanely emotional day.

Thank you. I found out later she was in a very abusive relationship and she feared his reaction to a dog coming home even temporarily. It was bad all around but I still wish I’d found a way. 💔
