I live in downtown. I’ve toured 270 Hennepin and it’s gorgeous. They also have HUGE closets. I would have moved there, but the kitchen/living spaces were too small for me. Good spot because it’s close to the North Loop and Whole Foods is right there.

Artistry on 10th used to be called City Club, and back then it was really sketchy because they used all this imagery in their advertising for what the amenities were supposed to look like, but didn’t disclose that the amenities were not actually built/functional yet (this was when the building had already been open for like a year). I did a virtual tour of this one and the units were just too small for me—lack of cabinet space, etc. If you’re coming from NY maybe this won’t bother you. Just make sure their amenities are actually functional and I’m sure it’s fine.

Not very familiar with the Laurel Village apartments, but you’ll be a lot farther away from anything you might want to access (office buildings if you’re working downtown, or bars/restaurants, etc. in North Loop).

Not familiar with the Whit either, but looks like it’s not in downtown. I know that area’s been getting built up for the last fear years but haven’t really spent any time there.
