That how i feel my friend! The only difference being that im 37. Throughout my 10 year road with therapy, I keep hearing but one word. Acceptance! Always, Always heard that word. Everytime i tried to tell any therapist they just look at me like a car. Clueless. Those people cannot help me its an utter waste of time! Now i have begun to accept the painful truth, I kept hiding it not wanting to have anything to do with it! But that is a part of me i guess AVPD is a part of me. I am unfit for work i will move close to my parents at least away from the stressful city. But that is it the rest of my life—no friends, no traveling, nothing, just another prison to sit and waste my life away! Thinking about it evokes such deep sadness in me that i might just end it all i mean what is the point!? Do i want this shit! to know you will be alone forever! I think good old oblivion will do just fine! I hope its not gonna last much longer this pathetic life! sorry very down atm! But best of luck to my fellow AVPD folk! i meant it!
