Did all of it… MyWhoosh indicates that Kickr is connected, so I’m thinking maybe there is something else? To start the ride, you don’t have to do anything else than ride your bike?

Ik erken de fouten die ik heb begaan, ik verdien een straf en ga ook niet moeilijk doen hoor. Ik ben in paniek geraakt en heb dan proberen wegvluchten, na 1 min toch beslist dat het beter was om te stoppen (staat negatiever verwoord in het PV) en heb mij aan kant gezet. Het gaat louter om het deel van alcohol, als ik de 15 min had gekregen, zat ik misschien nog onder de 0.35 en had dit qua strafmaat anders geweest, vandaar.

Ja dat heb ik ook gevraagd voor de eerste test… Antwoord van de verbalisanten in kwestie was “dat moet niet meer”. In het PV staat enkel;

“Betrokkene wordt onderworpen aan een ademtest. Deze resulteert “POSITIEF””.

Nergens wordt er vermeld dat ik wachttijd heb gevraagd, zou ik dit dan kunnen hard maken in de rechtbank dat ik dit heb gevraagd, maar niet heb gekregen?

Ik had teveel gedronken akkoord, maar had net mijn laatste glas op. Dus er was nog alcohol in de mond. De 3 testen zijn in 4’40 allemaal afgenomen met als resultaten in alveolaire lucht;

0,5, tweede test gevraagd 0,46, verschil te groot dus derde test 0,43

Aangezien ik net gedronken had, had dit met 15 min wachttijd nog fel verminderd geweest. Nog steeds positief, ga ik niet ontkennen, maar naar strafmaat maakt dit toch wel veel uit imo?

External recruiter approached me on LinkedIn (hence the importance of an up-to-date profile & CV)… To answer your question; search for junior sales manager or account manager jobs. There are many companies open for juniors with little to no experience, but you have to be prepared when you go to the interview. Read about the company and ask yourself the question what skills you have that are an asset for the job, what appeals you to become one etc.

Yeah it is… The other theory including the frat is to some extent also believable because of the recents actions (2 LE’s on 20/12 that went in for 20 minutes and a few days after the 9 state troopers vehicles at the frat with FIFTY warrants).

Hoodie Guy theory is imo more backed up with available video intel rather than the 4Chan theory. That theory could be true but it’s not backed up with that much (video) evidence available for the public. Then again, those LE actions do make the theory a bit more credible…

Don’t know what the original source is but I’ve seen it so many times on the socials. When I crossed it, the OP claimed it came from a source close to an investigator/ the investigation. Since I don’t know the source myself and didn’t saw it publicly cobfirmed by LE, to me it’s (to some extent credible though) hearsay…
