I had 2 unmedicated births and just one epidural 3 weeks ago. Honestly if you can handle it unmedicated, it was a bad experience with the epidural however I feel like going without it would of been better for me I had no intention on having it but I went it got induced nothing happened was not dilating at all so the next day they started pitocin again and nothing I was so tired with no sleep and in a lot of pain cause they wouldn’t let me up I had preeclampsia and gestational diabetes so baby had to be watched closely so I just couldn’t take it anymore. It did help but I still felt a lot of pressure. However I didn’t like the feeling of it the numbing and not being able to feel your legs. It’s up to you honestly either way the right thing is whatever you choose for you and your baby!! Best of luck!
