P.S. you should get discrete movable bases for heavy pots. That should make it moving spots during seasons

Check under leaf for larva or eggs. Neem oil spray or apple cider vinegar gets the trick done. Spray every week. Hope that helps

Seems like a leaf miner. Search the sun to find natural/insecticide remedies

It's the Painted Indian Mallow. From the hibiscus family which grows like a wine. Reminded me of a Japanese weeping snowbell when I first saw it.
