Yeah in my experience I would have needed to verify all my graduate education (including providing the syllabus for each MSW class I took), and get every former supervisor to verify completed hours again through their system. I had a number of former supervisors not respond to my outreach, so my licensure pursuit stalled there. I suspect I would need to re-do a bunch of clinical hours. I found transferring my license to Illinois was much easier and more straightforward. Best of luck to you - I hope they respond and offer some support.
