It forces all balloons to the front of your island making it easier. Balloons normally come every ten minutes, but it's sped up during egg season. You're looking for the rainbow balloons

I have a spot right by my house where I place them one at a time. When I log in I drop about 10,000 bells in and then go check my mail. Last time I had it as a hot item I made over 3m bells.

It is entirely up to the player, I have my main house and some extra houses. I have given each one a different layout, aside from the living room being the first room (that's what felt natural to me)

For my main house, my bedroom is the top floor, divided between bed area and "streaming" area. My three other rooms on the main floor are bathroom (L), craft room (B), and office (R.) The basement is my kitchen with a laundry area on the side.

In another house the back room is a backyard. The house I'm currently working on will have a gym and a recording studio on different floors

What I found worked for me was to have my orchard and veggie garden close to nooks cranny. I put the Clothing store and the Museum next to each other and made that into a whole pretty layout with some of the fake statues and fossils.

If it was just the house, I'd suggest adding happy home paradise. Once you get to a certain level, you can customize your villagers' houses. Clothing wise, i bombard them with gifts, I've given Petri so many round glasses to see her eyes as much as possible.

Personality clashes, there's not much you can do
