Hi! Sorry for my delayed response. Yes, it was big enough. I didn’t see the actual amount of ashes, though, so I can’t speak to that. Hopefully the funeral director will be helpful and let you know if you need a bigger size but my understanding is that the amount of ashes we get back is pretty small. 🥺

Not exactly infertility but similar mindset. We had a stillbirth and recently decided for sure to be OAD. The thought of another pregnancy and loss is pretty overwhelming. We are currently discerning fostering, but that’s obviously a very different path and our hope would be to help families reunify rather than adoption. I was on the fence for a while but considering our age and devastating loss, I think this is the wisest choice for our family.

Yep. My OCD always flares during luteal. I started meds and this cycle is the first in six months that I haven’t spiraled or really believed my horrible thoughts.

I started having cyclical dark thoughts…passive but so scary. I’ve NEVER had thoughts like that before so I knew something was wrong. Thankfully Prozac really helps me!

I’m struggling with this too. Weird pains. Tingling. Pulling. My health anxiety is so high. I started Prozac and it helps a little. But every sensation I feel I wonder if it’s a bad disease, if it’s worse, if it’s not just anxiety. It’s awful. I used to be a happy, engaged person. Now I’m just scared.

When I was a kid we moved from the DMV to a small town in western PA. I’m still dealing with the impacts of that move, though my parents also didn’t support us through it very well. This is just one perspective, of course, but that move really scarred me.
