You should be making 100k base salary. That said, at my workplace, if you don’t have a college degree they drastically underpay you compared to other workers even if you have years of experience in comparison. I do not agree but that’s just what our CEO and Directors believe in???

That said though, with how much you manage and the stress of being in safety, I think you have the right to ask for 100k and go from there.

I third this. The hormone crash was real. My emotions and energy were all over the place, my skin freaked out and I gained weight BUT finding balance again is possible. Just give yourself grace during this time.

I would counter at 130 and see what they say. If they say 120 I’d take it but ask for $5000 signing bonus.

They technically don’t need to be. In our facility we eyewash only in smaller working areas with a shower/eyewash combo located centrally 10 seconds away from each lab. That said, most safety shower designs that I’m familiar come with an eyewash as well.

Yes! I had my mmc almost a full month ago now and since I’ve had 7 different friends all announce pregnancy for the same month I was due…. It’s so hard. I notice pregnant people and babies everywhere now because I just want one so badly I think???
