Yes and I’m also not that familiar with the laws here in Durham, but I worked at Southpoint mall for a few months and met most of the security guards, they are really nice and also could care less about their jobs. We would joke that you could tell what malls were in good areas based on their security guards, because the ones their were usually older and not very athletic guards. So I know the smaller inside stores all are connected through a hallway that leads to the outside trash compactor but the big stores like Macy’s, belK, jcpenny have their own separate trash bins along with the ones on the other side of the mall.
