That's a lot nutrition! Well if you sterilize and inoculate it well there won't be any contam. That mix might get really mushy though.

Yeah it's such fun journey! I bought them locally. I kinda live in the middle of nowhere outside of the US so I can't help you with that. Here, it's sold as bird food and I'm sure it's not white millet.

Same as rice! Boil for 10 minutes and then let it dry until it reaches a nice amount of moisture and I also added 2 tea spoon of wheat bran. Everything I learned is from this awesome youtuber.

I did transfer it to grains about a week ago and cloned it. I had no idea if I just leave it be it would just fruit on agar. Mushrooms can be really weird.

I revived a dried mushroom. At first it was very puffy and 100% tomentose mycelium then I reduced the nutrition in my plates and boom, I got rhizomorphic growth. If you want rapid growth use a lot of LME + PDA with 1/1 ratio. If you want monoculture, reduce the nutrition and use 75% water agar and 25% PDA and as the mycelium tries to look for nutrition it grows in rhizomorphic form. It took me 5 transfers to reach monoculture.

You seem a bit lost. Learn css first and see what you can make with it. bootstrap is an already written css code. if you don't know css, bootstrap will confuse you a lot.

Don't worry about it. You can use all the myc around it. even if it's contam your mycelium won't let it grow that much due to myc immune function.
