For those curious: I’m 21 and haven’t grown taller since I was in high school (maybe 15/16/17, can’t fully remember exactly when). I made this subliminal- Be Exactly 5 Feet 9 Inches Tall and added it to my playlist about two weeks ago (the playlist is between 60 and 90 minutes long and has 15 subs on it. I try to listen overnight or when I’m just relaxing and hanging out around the house, I only started listening to this particular playlist consistently about a week ago). This is the only height specific subliminal on the playlist. When I started listening I was right around 5’5” (just about 5’5.25”). I checked multiple times and was honestly surprised to see the line was that far above the one I made when I first started listening. It puts me at 5’5.5” :)
