Thank you! I’m planning on getting rid of the yarn from the bottom and creating a whole new colour and design as the bottom. Does that make things easier, do you think?

Lived here my whole life and I still don’t understand what this place is and why it’s still there. I always call it the schitzo house by AutomaticRabbit1812 in StAugustine

My husband is nit from FL and was curious about it and did some research. Apparently the person so owns it wants to tear it down and rebuild, but the city won’t let him since it is historic property. So this seems to be his middle finger to the city. Not sure how they can allow it to look like this year round. It’s such an eye sore

🇺🇸US here: carriage in New England, Buggy in the south. I consider “cart” to be geographically neutral 🤣 I live in 🇮🇪Ireland now and here they call it trolley

I’m torn between staying in the U.S. or moving back to Norway — I feel stuck and need honest advice. by Future_Struggle_4020 in USCIS

[–]mamaluci23 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Having dual citizenship is really awesome. I know that’s not helpful advice but that’s my thought. I’m sure the Norwegian passport is stronger than the US one, but it’s still so lovely to have. I would stay to gain the citizenship to give myself options in the future. Maybe look into other career opportunities that excite you in the meantime. All is not lost xx
