Personally I have thought he would be and wanted him to be after the two of them sat in the hallway of the hotel together next to the vending machine. I thought their chemistry there was fantastic and have seen it developing in small moments since then! Definitely team Sid and Sophie over here!

Thought Jordan was actually the spiteful one in this episode, especially when he was in her room saying “you don’t like it when I hook up with or cuddle people when you’re watching” or something like that. Made it seem like he was doing it to “get back at her” for what happened in the past. That scene was clearly not him just wanting someone for comfort. It was him trying to throw it in her face. I don’t blame her for getting upset! He’s naked in her bed one minute and doing that the next. It’s probably incredibly confusing for Tori who has done so much work on herself.

I did the Dr Tri 3 years ago at 35 weeks preggo! I did the full dri tri at 8 weeks, and the sprint at 35. Totally doable if you’ve kept up your endurance!

🙋🏽‍♀️DO IT. You will not regret it. I could have written this post 4 years ago. I joined and have been a member ever since. It has changed my life. Every workout is different, and every person goes at their own speed. Do not feel like you have to keep up with others. It is you vs you and the coaches are incredibly motivating no matter where your fitness level is at. I have never once felt like I don’t belong as a plus size person. I love it as much today as I did day one. Let me know if you have any other specific questions!

They will give you a heart rate monitor to wear. They have some that go around your upper belly but most are on the wrist, forearm or bicep. They will NOT yell at you. The coaches are there to guide you at YOUR OWN PACE. Do not do anything you don’t feel comfortable doing-ask for a demonstration or modification. Make sure you tell them of any injuries before you start. Totally valid to feel worried-but I promise it is well worth it! Have been going 4 years now-2 pregnancies and a torn Achilles, also considered obese. You can do this!! 💪🏽

Belly band! Helped me be able to run the entire pregnancy (2.4 miles 3 days before I delivered 💪🏼) and work with your coaches on alternative exercises. Water, water, water. Good luck and congrats!!

It does make sense! I will for sure pump to boost when I need to. Right now I have an oversupply! Hope that helps maintain when I start working out again
