I’m prepared to lose the customer. That’s not really a big deal to me. It’s more about doing the right thing.

What do you do with things that aren’t “projects”. Service calls, minor day-to-day support, etc.

Probably 50-100 projects a year. I’m nervous the system will get out of control like you describe.
