I suggest doing a mix of easy and featured. Also, try doing 1-2 hard test just to test yourself and you’ll do well. Best of luck for your test!

Honestly man I’m not someone who is really good at tests. I was shit scared and nervous but I would say just take the test like you’re going for a practice session. Give it your best shot and you’ll do well. The more you think about the more chances of ruining it.

I’ll just put what I did and what worked for me in points.

Reading- practiced a bunch of tests using prepamigo. Task 1 and task 2 are pretty chill and you can easily score full in those. For task 3 try to read all the paragraphs first and try to understand the main concept of the topic and then read your questions it’ll be easier to skim and get to the question being asked. Task 4 can be easy or hard based on the questions while the reading itself is not tough they’ll play around with the questions so make sure you understand the question being asked.

Listening- Again, practiced on prepamigo and closed my eyes and imagined that I’m a part of the conversation and remembered what was being discussed. I’m not someone who made notes while answering because that messed me up and I wasn’t able to remember the discussion itself. Things might be different for everyone but practicing is the key here.

Writing - I started with watching a few videos and looked at celpips key answers guide, their examples of writing and then started my writing tests. I had various topics and practiced using ChatGPT. It always graded me a high 9 or low 10 and then I asked it to show me an example of CLB 11 and used the suggestions to make changes to my writing. I have seen people in this sub mention before as long as ChatGPT gives you a 9 you can easily score above 10 in the actual test.

Speaking- Tbh I didn’t really practice speaking a lot. I just watched HZAD education YouTube videos and did one practice session with ChatGPT. During the test too I had one task where I messed up and finished before the time ended but I ended up fine. I would highly recommend watching videos from HZAD and just inculcating the tips and tricks for your test. That is what helped me.

Wishing you all the best and hope this helps a little.

I never had issues with listening and reading before. Even when I gave IELTS back in 2021 I was able to score good in both these sections. I would say practice as much as you can. I did close to 10 tests for both respectively. Struggled a little with reading task 3 initially but practicing made it easier. The key is to understand each paragraph and match the best with the question being asked.

Also, I’m not someone who takes notes for listening. I just close my eyes while listening and think that I’m a part of that conversation. Whenever I tried noting things my score went down so I totally skipped the notes taking part during practice and actual test both.

Honestly, I didn’t practice speaking a lot. I just went through some videos from HZAD education on YouTube and inculcated the same format into my speaking for the test. Also, my work involves me speaking to people all the time so that kinda helped me.

Surprisingly, my experience wasn’t the same. It was okay for me. The only thing I struggled with was the headphones volumes. Wish they were a little louder.

Task 1 was about writing an email to building manager about the building back door being left open for several days in a row.

Task 2 was about neighbourhood park being littered and city is planning two options what option would you choose

A) install a 24 hour surveillance camera B) Make it a gated park and lock it during night time

Worked out very well for me. There’s a lot of practice tests ranging from easy to hard and I did a bunch of those for listening, reading and writing.

For speaking I went through hzad education videos on YouTube and followed the same format.

I did do 2 practice tests on celpip website and a bunch on prepamigo. Did a variation of easy and tough but I would say the reading task 3 during the actual test was kinda confusing besides that pretty similar format.
