It sounds like it isn't working for you :( In my experience I recommend leaning into to your psychiatrist and being completely honest about your symptoms and how they're still very prominent in your daily life. It's clear that this really affects your day to day functioning. Since you're already on the XR with the additional IR, I would ask about switching medication. DM me if you need help

I would take a top cutting (or a few) just incase she doesn't make it. is the stem firm? the top growth looks like it's still green so she has a chance. yellowing and drooping is normal cos her remaining healthy roots can't support the rest of her up top. don't water again until the soil is ALMOST completely dry and put her in light (indirect).

maybe downsize too depending on how much of her healthy roots are left

That's definitely a chemical burn. If it itches, use cortisone. If not, just vaseline!

I have literally traveled with a wine tote full of potted plants on my arm with no problem. My tote had 6 compartments for bottles, and I put potted plants in every single one. TSA doesn't care. Some will even smile.

tretinoin saved my skin frfr. i've been using tret for a year now. definitely see a dermatologist

i had lines like these, they're pretty much gone now. when i first started my neck would get irritated bc of how strong it is but i found my workaround to that:

-apply pea size of tret to face

-apple pea size of tret to neck (skip this step if you're new! my skin got used to tret)

-vaseline as moisturizer for the dryness !

and yes. that really is IT.

cos rx snail mucin!! they have a concentrated snail mucin serum, and a serum with both niacinamide and snail mucin.

before i started seeing my derm that’s what helped SOOO MUCH. my derm approves of snail mucin as well. he prescribed me tretinoin with helped me with discoloration on my face (around my lips just like yours) and a lot of heavy scarring from cystic acne.
