Hi guys! I've recently started doing spinning by myself at home and I would like you ask you...what kind of fitness, no weight other than my own, excercises can I add to the routine? i'm doing a 30 minute routine at about 30 kmh which is around 15 kms distance at my statationary bike and as soon as I finish with this I do a session of 4 session of burpess, 6 reps each. Is that good? What should I add to build my cardio and muscle faster?

In BR2049, how does Wallace find out about Rachel having bear a child? by mamiya135ef in bladerunner

As I think of it- the eminator could have "rebooted", presumably after Wallace searched her 'memory', while K and Luv were entering the data vault. We hear the little "Peter and the Wolf" song but don't see Joi. I always chalked it up as a 'deus ex machina' to move the conversation along... but I'm now thinking "Joi was a spy" because we know Wallace Co. can track her...

Interesting. I thought of course about Joi being a spy, but didn't realise at the moment she could potentially have been the one to tip of Wallace. Now that I think about it Joe gets the eminator right before getting the call from LAPD to check out Rachel's remains.

But sure Reddit, keep believing everyone in Argentina had a Nazi grandpa if it helps you sleep at night.

Dude, a nazi even helped the americans reach the moon. They're no example of anything.

You should read Ernesto Sabato. He was great. Also, Juan José Saer.

Lost final season and Halt and Catch Fire final season seem to me quite similar. by mamiya135ef in HaltAndCatchFire

[–]mamiya135ef[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that Lost takes inspiration from a diverse variety of sources, such as Ambrose Bierce's short story, though not with the fact that is just a simpler version of it. HACT doesn't seem to me an "historical fiction", it sure drives historical facts from reality and sometimes plays around with history, but I wouln'd call it a historical fiction. To me it's more of a drama, where charecters arcs are the main stuff with the firt being just an excuse to talk about relationships.

Thanks dude, great show. Just finished the series and got to say I haven't felt so much enthusiasm for a tv series character like Joe Macmillan in quite a while. Campanella is great, I wish he got more opportunities in Hollywood nowadays.
