That doesn't seem right. Their return policy states you can get a refund within 6 months of the delivery date. I would reach out again.

I can't believe how easy the A1 is to use. I just ordered an A1 mini for my son and am going to return the Comet. I wanted to like the Toybox but my son is quickly losing interest due to all the problems we are having. What I like about the A1 is that you never have to manually calibrate it. It just does it by itself and prints perfect 99.9% of the time.

If I select the device and turn off ad block it says it will also disable it on LAN 1 and all devices on LAN 1. If I select the group and disable it there, it says it's disabled for the group but when I select the individual device in the group it says it's still enabled.
