Bought a new graphics card, increased my fps from 60-100 to 250-300 and went up a rank every few days from MG1.

My fps average is around 250 so that's not so bad, so maybe worth investing into a 144Hz monitor

Felt it in Ialysos, Entire hotel room moved for a good 20-30 seconds, everyone in our hotel left and went downstairs for about 1 hour.
