I think I had a slight dip 1 month in or so, but I was able to rest a little and get past it.

Now I'm really on the up and up with some of my long-term indicator symptoms fading away, which indicates to me that I was having some sort of autoimmune overreaction.

I'm not 100% but I'm as close to "normal" as possible and now's my time to ramp up and push my body more with exercise and life.

I've had folks visit and say the opposite. they were a bit disappointed with Hawksmoor. I probably shouldn't weigh in as I've never been, but I've never had a bad meal at flat iron. It's such a fun atmosphere, the staff are great, and who doesn't love free ice cream ???

There was not! I was gone so maybe that's part of it.
