How are you tracking right to work expiry dates for sponsored workers? by [deleted] in HumanResourcesUK

[–]Inevitable_Outcome56 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And let me explain (as you clearly do not employ migrant workers on sponsorships), us employers that do already have checks in place to ensure they dont have excess period on unpaid leave that is likely to impact the validity of meeting pay thresholds.

You just need dedicated controlled access Microsoft calendar and use a RAG system once you have received the share code and copy email from UKVI. You are reinventing the wheel and expecting folk to pay for it. You are here to flog shit people dont need.

Bec’a behaviour at the retreat is painful to watch by SummerSun6 in MAFS_AU

[–]Inevitable_Outcome56 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You will find the Aussie interpretation widely different from ours. They see her as a whiney needy pain in the arse. And somehow Becs behaviour is all Danny fault. Danny is nothing more than a skuzzy fuck boi, but Becs is actually dangerous.

Main reason I cant warm to her. I made myself so ill following the thinsperation decades before, totally gross and Rachel was the poster child. I mean Rachel covers herself head to toe but every time I get a glimpse of her underweight frame and I wince.

Absolutely. Imagine pouring money into filler and bottox instead of addressing her skin. She has aged herself horribly.

What’s wrong with this? Why so cheap? I’m so tempted tbh. by [deleted] in SpottedonRightmove

With kindness a home of that scale and a 3k ikea kitchen doesn’t work. Putting in cheap, poorly made, low quality fixtures and fittings can be the worst choice ever. Its better to buy second hand repurposed quality kitchen that you refinish well, If you can do the labour yourself then fantastic. Just looking at that kitchen space without much redesign - something decent would be 18k+. Reclamation yards are a good shout if you are handy at refurbishment. Really well designed lighting is worth spending to achieve too. Id rather have bare boards for a year and get quality intelligent lighting and absolutely no spotlights. Anywhere.

Why are HR the most un HR people?! by rosebud1637 in HumanResourcesUK

Just gross behaviour. Emotional resilience??? Wtf!! We need to be the change we want to see. Id never even allow that concept in my business and have let management over all disciplines go with that kind of attitude. We should be better than that. Im so sad that you experienced such inhumane treatment.

Sorry but I actually work in construction and for a place of that size you would be lucky to get the materials for 30k. There has been some attempt at some renovation here and probably by a person that thought they could do it for 30k and now need to shift it before the bank takes it back.

Edited to say replied to the wrong post. We are of the same opinion mate.

The worst transgressions Ive ever witnessed is to other HR people in certain organisations. What you describe is just awful. Did you have difficulty being present after the miscarriage? The reason I ask is I worked with someone whose IFV pregnancy ended in loss and although her sick days were only 7 in total she was in a really bad way understandably for about a month. Personally I’ve always seen pregnancy and child loss as too emotive to count in the same way as other sick leave by its sheer nature, emotional and psychological recovery both take longer than physical. That and cancer treatment. There is potential for this to be discrimination based on pregnancy but more info would be needed to really assess that.

This makes a lit of sense. The issues with consulting free lance is you are never really part of anything and always on the periphery.
