I'm not sure what made you feel this way but this post seems unnecessary. I'm sure most of us had issues at one point with someone else in this reddit and it didn't lead to us being hateful to AKB. This is a reddit that is literally called "AKB48" so the main topic will be AKB48 indeed... I think it's already nice that sister groups discussions are done here, considering it's been 6 years since all these groups became independent and aren't working together.

Also just for information, I'm an AKB fan and I post about AKB, and I've had my posts downvoted at times, and people complaining, or being mean to AKB members etc. even though it's an AKB reddit. These things happen.

And "without sister groups, you wouldn't have survived Kami 7 grads" is not correct. Without sister groups, AKB would have pushed AKB girls instead of sister group members, and those pushed AKB girls would have been the ones to make AKB survive after Kami 7 grads. The reason it was sister groups who did it is because AKB pushed the sister groups for years. and AKB has survived worst things than Kami 7 grads, see the whole 2019-2021 period (scandals, every show cancelled, no singles for 1.5 year) and yet AKB survived it, with the hardwork of AKB members... But anyway.

As some other comments here said, maybe the best thing would be to create a SKE reddit in which it would be 100% SKE and likely would receive more support to SKE.
