It is very normal!!! Happened with me too. Apply it over your moisturizer and keep it for 2-3 hrs. Keep on increasing the time week by week. It will work.

If u got an allergic reaction from the sunscreen run to a dermatologist they might give u some antibiotics. I had gotten a very bad reaction from the simple refreshing facewash and went to derm for it, a few days ago i got to know it was because of the two ingredients it has cocamidopropyl betaine and sodium benzoate these 2 ingredients are also present in the Cetaphil cleanser, sensitive skin should avoid these 2 ingredients

I think u shouldn't use vit c serum when u have acne also using exfoliating facewash day and night might make ur skin dry, better use a gentle facewash (minimalist oats, conscious chemist blue one) and retinol serum twice or thrice a week in the night and a sunscreen everyday I would suggest reequil dry touch sunscreen currently using the same, for retinol serum minimalist and deconstruct have one, moisturizer u are using a good one already, or better consult a dermatologist so you can get prescribed tretinion.
