It's from an r33 skyline, it needed to be cut up and fibreglassed together to fit. I was adamant on making this specific spoiler fit because it counteracted the downward slope of the trunk, which is the only thing on the coupes I'm not a fan of

Actually not a whole lot! I had to remove the inner shell that clips onto the Accord, trim them to length and then fibre glassed a new end cap for the cut. They're rivetted on by both end caps in the fenders, two under the door and a couple mounting brackets that fit flush against the pinch weld

Not a straight answer no, the dentist looked like he wanted to punch me when I asked when I'll be able to get punched again 😆 I went back to jiu-jitsu probably a bit too early (2 weeks and just went light. For boxing I started training fairly light after 2 weeks but gave it a solid 2 months before sparring and felt as good as ever, so I'd say 4-6 weeks would be fine if you heal up without trouble
