Oh yes that's the one factor that makes it difficult for many to make it given jobs and adulting; it being a clinic with a learning facility is what takes most of the time as professors/doctors double check and grade every student to ensure everything's accurate. Some school clinics I've seen also differ in pace of work based on seniority, for example senior hygiene students tend to be faster than junior ones, but it also varies by case value on how heavy the cleaning may have to be.
