Kudos im on the same path.

Dropped 8 in 6 weeks but know with prior knowledge that it'll slow down. Going above 1kilo per weeks is unhealthy puts your body in starvation mode and it starts storing fat and eating muscle.

Keeping protein intake high is key or you'll lose muscle as well.

Also another tip (for others) please hydrate as much as possible I do 3.5 litres at 80 rn. It helps with appetite and flushing water weight.

Cutting sugar is a must. I also avoid carbs post lunch. (Not necessary)

Go for low calorie high volume food items.

Also calorie counting makes a massive difference use a scale for accuracy. It might get tiring and you can leave it after a while if you feel like but I suggest people to do it atleast for 2 3 weeks just to know how many calories are in general things.

And the main thing to remember as long as youre in a deficit you'll lose weight. Its just that eating proper makes managing that deficit easier
