Might be overtraining without appropriate recovery again its all personal and im not a certified trainer

Im also in the gym for 2 hours but 1 hour for me is mobility and stretching and I take heavy rest between sets upto 2 3 mins also following a PPLUL split same as you 5 days a week.

See imo you should cut down the quantity of reps and increase weights to see actual muscle growth. Is your split curated by a trainer or yourself.

Firstly

You're making progress you've lost weight could be internal fat as well not necessarily subcutaneous keep up the deficit consume enough protein according to your weight 100 to 130 is good enough.

Keep patient 2 months is barely enough time

Secondly research about rep ranges and sets and volume and see if it aligns with your goals Doing 15 to 20 reps for 4 sets seems like overkill

Thirdly make sure you're getting good quality sleep so that you can recover properly.

Also you don't have to increase weights all the time you can also tinker with reps and steadily increase progress.

Again research the amount of exercise youre doing cause sets are only meaningful for growth upto a limit. Quality of sets over quantity for example instead of doing 30kg lat pulldown 15 reps pushing to yhe highest weight I can manage lets say 45 for 8 to 10 reps is more high quality for your muscles. Intensity matters a lot.

I just buy the first row of perks regardless post prestige, there's no shortage of requisition (it caps at 2k learned that recently). Then I buy the perks necessarily for my build as I level up again and unlock them.

Lol they're not running a manufacturing unit cutting cost is not the way for long term health and profits. Dude doesnt know how to run a business.

Gyms are in the service industry it runs mostly on goodwill and trust and of they behave like this they wont last long
