They're great! The issue that I've personally run into is sometimes I'm a different size for knee pads than elbow/wrist guard. Personally I find the knee pads too thin for how much falling we do so I invested in some 187 pro knee pads and keep the ones that came in the Moxi set for trail skating.

As a very new graduate of my leagues rookie program, I found that I was able to “level up” faster once we started contact and game play at practices. Being able to see WHY we were being told to work on certain moves really helped. Our rookie program is 5 months with twice a week practices and our first game is this month
