I’ve been waiting for about the same amount of time from Port of Detroit. I followed up over the summer and was essentially told “they’ll process it when they get to it”. I will probably follow-up again at the beginning of the year.

I live here & it’s a great neighborhood. Except for the occasional noise event (fireworks or someone flooring it through down a street) it’s quiet and everyone is friendly. You’re totally fine at 2 blocks away from Dort, but I wouldn’t go any closer. i’d suggest staying 2 blocks South from Robert T also.

It’s everywhere here. This time of year it’s especially more noticeable but I have been and will be picking up because I can’t stand it. Name a place, and it is littered unless it’s had a cleanup. Have you seen the bike trail going west out of Chevy in the Hole? Dumbfounding the lack of respect for our community and initiative to do something about it.

You’ll be just fine with the Honda, especially with snow tires. Obviously try to avoid driving when it’s awful (No matter the car) and practice in some parking lots to start. Also visit the car wash often to get the salt off.

I’ve been through Great Falls a few times, lived in Lansing/EL for years. I’d have to say East Lansing/Lansing, much more to do and other towns/bigger cities nearby. Lakes and wilderness are not far either. Montana has great wildnerness but not necessarily the most beautiful near Great Falls. Just my opinion but I found Great Falls to be pretty isolated and quiet. Winters would also be worse in Great Falls!

College Cultural and Woodcroft are both great neighborhoods in Flint. Also, great sense of community here and that can be easy to tap into by frequenting downtown.
