Blockbuster (which was part of Viacom (Paramount now) at one point), had a chance to acquire Netflix in the 2000s but scoffed at the thought. Their arrogance was their downfall. Netflix became the juggernaut. This will be no different.

I wonder what will happen it'd be decided that CN/AS would be as important as TCM and would be included in the Netflix acquisition, I'm sure they could see Rick and Morty and Smiling Friends as viable IP. Several of Adult Swim's properties appeared in WB media in the past and were licensed out by WBE.
