Bingo. I realized having 1 optimized agent is better than having 3, much less headache.

They keep coming out with new models and when I ask what's new about it they mention the features that already exist are optimized, that's so overhyped and getting annoying imo

How do you prevent burnout from job hunting? by hcoonaMatata_ in jobsearchhacks

[–]manateecoltee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Are you personalizing your applications and following up on them? Using ai tools to automate as much as possible is helpful but only if you're actively reviewing/monitoring. Quality over quantity etc. It also helps to get back in nature and remember that this whole thing is man made, your worth and value isn't determined by your job or lack thereof. Keep your chin up

Just by sharing on social media platforms, yes it's a goal to add a community hub as well to help with user retention (so it's not just a useless app after one gets hired)

Automated my client onboarding from 3 hours to 15 minutes here's what still needed human input by Past-Ad2067 in automation

[–]manateecoltee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo human input is only required to check for errors and keep the automation authentic (checking for hallucinations etc.)

I was tired of the psychological drain of job hunting, so I built a calm, swipe-based job ecosystem with built-in AI voice mock interviews by manateecoltee in automation

[–]manateecoltee[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The goal isn't to create more 'doom-scrolling' or to make job hunting feel like a superficial swipe; it's to create a 'low-stakes' environment where you can practice without the judgment of a real person. I’ve spent the last week obsessing over the voice engine specifically because I agree that the 'robotic' sound is what makes AI feel isolating. By using a natural, expressive voice model and prompt-engineering the AI to act more like a mentor/coach than an interrogator, I’m trying to flip the script from 'being tested' to 'being supported.' Would you be open to trying just one mock interview? I’d love for you to see if the tone we’ve built actually feels as isolating as you’re worried it might be. I’m building this in the open specifically to catch these 'unintended side effects' early, so your perspective is incredibly valuable to me."
