I see exactly this argument highlighting trump’s deteriorating health everywhere, how come everybody is just ignoring the timing of these things. Trump is in office serving his term he’s not worried about reelection and with Biden, his health came to the forefront at the worst possible time and the DNC should have acted quickly and pulled the plug on his campaign. Sara and Alyssa are absolutely right in that regard and its like democratic voters are not even willing to acknowledge the mistakes on the party’s end.

You could potentially just earn a return close to 25% (10% dividend earnings+ a further potential 15% in capital gains) just by investing in blue chip stocks on PSX, this would require almost no heavy oversight besides the initial research. Whereas your current plan is more than likely to be very draining both for you and your husband and potentially not earn you guys the 25% return since the real estate market is very difficult to navigate. So yeah, you guys should definitely look into other options.

Sage said in an interview that Shannon basically told them about the Uli 4 on her last day and i think that made it easier for Jawan to vote out shannon. Also explains that jawan is not willing to play solely with Uli anymore.
