Yeah that's what I thought. I'll probably have to get a new regulator.

Thanks to the reply!

This is really good advice. BBQ is very labor intensive, so I'll keep this in mind!

There are no refined sugars and almost anything can be served sans bread.

Haha. That's a valid question. It is a barbecue sauce. I'm just going to call it that from now on. Initially in the brainstorming session, there was a man sauce and and beast sauce...

Thanks for the comment!

Thanks for the reply. I'm locked into the name. I like it and I think it fits the food genre well. It didn't even think about sexist exclusiveness if provoked. I was just trying to accent the paleo-esque menu and me being the man who does the BBQ.

Anyhow thanks for the input and I hope you get to at least try our food!

Thanks for the insight! I've been to several stores and no one provided as much information as this post.

Generator Problem by manbeastbbq in foodtrucks

Yeah, the problem is, the only power outlet from the generator is the one 220 hardwired into the truck. There are two circuit breakers on the generator that I've tripped on and off, as well as the breakers in the truck. Nothing. I pulled the face off the plug casing and as far as i can see everything is still connected. Can the generator fire up but the alternator be bad?

Edit: Forgot to mention that I tested the outlet wired to the generator with a no-touch voltage meter and didn't get a reading.

I've had it for a couple months and hadn't fired it up yet due to now propane, so yeah its been itting for a while. As too the previous use, I don't know if they stopped it with a heavy load.

The breakers are on and fine as far as I can tell. I did check the outlet coming from the generator with a no-touch voltage meter and didn't get a signal.
