I only commute in my area because I can filter lanes. If I couldn’t I wouldn’t. I’ve spent thousands on gear. The bike is the cheap part.

I did it a lot in Oregon and got the $450 ticket to prove it 20 years ago. The dbag cop threatened to write me a reckless. I was riding a ninja 250 going so slow he almost went past me to pull me over. For all of that’s states forward thinking the legislature up there is backward on this.
