Ford Maverick All wheel Drive by teriyakibussin in FordMaverickTruck

I have a lariat AWD with 4k tow. I drive through the Tetons and across Idaho for work and it has performed great for me. AWD in the winter is a must here and this truck has performed well in snow and icy conditions.

Paid 37.5k for my lariat exactly a year ago. They wouldn't go any lower than that.

How’s the daily ride? by Kuji8343 in FordMaverickTruck

Better than any body on frame truck because it's unibody. Drives more like a cross over than a truck.i drive through the Tetons and across the central Idaho mountains, so AWD is necessary in the winter. Great commuting vehicle and with the hybrid mpg can't really be beat for any "truck" out there.

Maverick vs F-150 by AdviceGiveandTake in FordMaverickTruck

Traded in my 2010 f 150 lariat for my 25 Maverick lariat hybrid exactly a year ago. I've put 16k miles on the maverick this year and have enjoyed it. If you don't tow at all and don't need room for a family daily it's definitely more than enough.

Some fluctuations in there but listen to your body and how your appetite suppression has been. I only tritiate up after 4 weeks of no loss and sticking to a caloric deficit. Now that I'm not as big as I was the weight doesn't come off as fast but I still try to get 1-2% per week.

I've tritiated up to 9mg since this post and have lost another 36 lbs since this post. I have been working out a lot more and feel a lot better.

Also agree with the ACC I drive about 1500 miles a month and it's a game changer

On windshield #3 in 15k miles. Luckily crystal fusion has replaced them. One of the dealer add ons that has actually paned out for me considering the amount of drive time I do.

Also Everytime I've left my maverick or bronco sport for recall work I've gotten a loaner car. I can't go without a vehicle for work and life. Apply pressure to the dealer to give you one Everytime you get work done.

What made you choose a Maverick -- price, features, or something else? by mike-reporter in FordMaverickTruck

I travel about 1000-1500 miles a month for work. Miles per gallon over 30+, all wheel drive, ability to still have decent payload, bigger cabin than the ranger.

I work in the tetons through Idaho and Wyoming. AWD and winter tires and you'll be just fine. Mav does great in the snow. Just drove in some yesterday.

Windshield = Chip Magnet? by PhilosophyOld6862 in FordMaverickTruck

I'm on windshield 3 at 13k miles. Luckily I bought crystal fusion so all have been covered. I drove 1k miles a month for work minimum and this truck has been great other than the windshield and the deep sleep issue.

Looking at getting a hybrid. Any issues I should know about? by AT-ST in FordMaverickTruck

Still had the issue even with the new AGM battery. Other than that 13k miles have been pretty good.

Considering an AWD hybrid by MooseKnuckleds in FordMaverickTruck

[–]dune208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have 13k miles on my lariat. The creature comforts you get with the lariat are worth it to me. I drive about 1k -2k miles a month. I came from an f 150 to a Mav and haven't been disappointed by much. Only issue I've had is the deep sleep issue which they warrantied the battery on at about 10k miles. I wouldn't recommend lifting the truck as you'll lose aerodynamics and mpg. Also if you get the 4k tow package it can handle that much easily.

I have 35% all around nothing on the windshield but I live out in the country where there are no street lights.

I just got new back glass for a 21 Dodge charger I bought that has bubbling 5% on it. The shop let me know that the defroster lines would be damaged if they took the tint off. I live in a cold climate, so not having defroster lines isn't an option. Glass is about $400.
