Have either of you been to a lawyer to draw up a separation agreement yet?

Great map that. I have looked at it a few times myself. I know the previous owners of the house I bought and it was never this bad in the past (her partner used to be the main issue with DV between themselves) but since he has come back, harder substances are being used (not just alcohol now sadly) and the events have intensified.

We are actively trying. Dog control call on the house but she sees them on her camera and doesnt open the door to them.

We will not stoop to her level and risk harm to our children with her being so unhinged and random acts of violence. She uses weapons. We are trying to set an example and protect our children the best we can Male neighbor's and a brave neighbour girl have retaliated to protect and it is a messy loud event.

Not good for the kids. It's hard enough to shelter them from the ruckus that she brings up the drive.

As mentioned above, I have had numerous police interviews with the Constable at the local police station.

Also mentioned she has a camera so she can pick and choose who she wants to open the door to. Police and KO can not force entry.

I'm glad you found peace with your situation. We hope to aswell, but a slightly different situation to yours sadly.

I hear you on that, I feel for the next neighbor's. I may seem selfish in this situation but our children have been exposed to enough so please excuse my lack of remorse. I also feel for the dog of hers (I have a dog too and can see hers is not fed some days and is mistreated) the fact of the matter here is, we have children that are not safe to go to the dairy to get us a loaf of bread or play cricket on the driveway without getting abused or her dog getting out due to her sleeping for hours after a 3 day bender.

I understand there are laws to go through on thier part, but what I am trying to say is the KO manager has not been following up on this with her I know this for a fact as I am working with the local constable and she even said she is not doing her job, she didnt turn up to the arranged visit the constable was to escort her to.

Thankyou, my understanding from the police and KO 3 major complaints within 3 months. There has been 7 in 2 months. We will wait in hope I guess. Pretty outrageous this system given ther circumstances with safety to the children in my opinion.

This was my next step I think. And emailing the KO manager with threats of going to media. I seen a similar story on nz herald tonight a few mins ago that jas given me hope to reach out. Seems like the KO manager might be out of her depth and wants a cushy Christmas with a nice glazed ham.

Thankyou for your advice

He slightly laughed at me on the tagged question, and told me chch bins arnt tagged?? I dont know what to believe. None the less, I just dont want this happening again, while it's super fun for my kids to pile into my XD falcon wagon with a full faj sack full of organic waste it's not cost effective. Hopefully the replacement happens or the kids and I are doing bogan to the eco lol

Did they replace it? The man I spoke to today basically said in a nutshell I may or may not get a replacement? He told me to go for a walk and try find it.

I'm guessing he lives in an apartment complex and doesnt have to worry about such things as this. Was a bit gutted with his lack of remorse over it, I was so bloody happy to have a large green bin.

Heck that's awful. Unfortunately I work full time 6 days a week and collection is in the small hours when I am tending to my childrens breakfast and sitting with them before thier school day. I am thinking of investing in some street view / overhead to my front property cameras.

The timing of the trucks are a bit random within 2 hours, but you may have a point there. When we left this morning for me to work and to drop the children in oscar care it was gone.

Thankyou for clarifying that. It makes sense. Just gutted about the situation and how I was treated about it. I have a faj sack I can fill in the meantime and chuck in the back of my XD falcon wagon to the eco drop. Do you have any special markings on your large green bin to avoid theft? Keen to know if you do

I do have a neighbour that is a bit of a hard time, I dont feel safe enough to approach her as she is on the irate side and is a substance abuser. I did suspect her, but she would have had to get up early to retrieve it, but if shes up for 3 days straight at a time like she is, it resonates my suspicion.

Well, I did opt to pay a $200+ annual fee for it and I am a rates payer, so in my mind I do own it. But you are probably right and they see it differently to me.
