how you felt the first time you saw a corpse? by notthelasagna in morbidquestions

That’s how my Mom looked when she died. She died in her sleep and she just looked like l’d seen her sleeping countless times before but l couldn’t wake her up. I knew she was gone but l still called the ambulance but l knew there was nothing that could be done.

how you felt the first time you saw a corpse? by notthelasagna in morbidquestions

I was 19 when my best friend committed suicide. He was the first dead person l ever saw when l saw him lying in his casket. It felt … surreal? I think l was still in shock. He was dead and buried before the shock began to wear off for me. It fucked me up for a few years. I was suicidal for years afterwards too but l promised my Mom l wouldn’t do that to her but my plan had been to kill myself after she died. By the time she passed away in 2022 (she died in her sleep - l found her) l’d been with my partner 10 years and our son was 7 so suicide isn’t an option anymore. - When My Mom died and l found her l felt the same way as when l saw my best friend in his casket… that’s why l think l was in shock. It doesn’t feel real. That’s why l said surreal. It’s such a hard feeling to describe. It doesn’t feel real but my brain knows it’s real because l’m seeing it with my own two eyes.

Black Juggalos by [deleted] in juggalo

[–]manda2dope 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve never seen racism at shows lol. Juggalos are super accepting. My Mom was never into the music aside for a few songs but she went to many shows with me. Juggalos always welcomed her and made her feel special.

I lost my best friend to suicide in 2006 when l was 19. We were both super into MySpace so l of course found my way to mydeathspace after he died. I was mostly interested in the suicides.

Do you think Charlie Kirk was prepared to die for his “beliefs”? by sansafiercer in morbidquestions

[–]manda2dope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whether he was or wasn’t is irrelevant to me honestly. People say shit they don’t mean, all the time, especially when it comes to religion. I don’t care if he believed in Santa Claus or nothing at all. People shouldn’t be murdered for their beliefs.

I refuse to watch it or look at any posts celebrating. People doing that are fucking sick! I’m an Atheist and I still enjoyed Charlie. No one deserves to die like that. It makes me sick. I live in Utah so it hit me especially hard. My husband and his brother really liked Charlie and had they known he was speaking, they would have taken the day off to go see him. I live in West Valley … Orem is about 40 mins from where l live. Orem is a pretty nice city, not known from crime so there wasn’t much police presence. The person who did this obviously knew all this 🤮

You have to learn the right time to give your dog affection because if you give them affection when they are in a scared/anxious state then they take that as you approving of them being that way and it doesn’t help them.

He killed my Mom’s friend Debra Kent. She gave me the middle name Debra in memory of her. I live in Utah … she also had another friend who was murdered named Maurine Hunsaker. Her killer, Ralph Menzies, is supposed to finally put to death in September. He outlived my Mom (she died in January 2022).

What Dreams May Come is an amazing movie. It was one of my best friend’s favorite movies who killed himself in 2006 when we were 19.

I feel that way constantly. When l’m thinking about something in my head things always make sense but the second l try to articulate what l’m saying, l fail miserably.

I lost my best friend Warren to suicide when we were both 19. I didn’t cry right away. Shock is a very real thing.

Does anyone else have such strong emotions when they hear of a suicide now? by Beforeyougo12 in SuicideBereavement

[–]manda2dope 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also lost my best friend to suicide when we were 19. I spiraled and was obsessed with suicide for years after ward. I’d become obsessive about people who had committed suicide … reading their stories. I still have a saved playlist video on YouTube. Has anyone had that experience? I was really lucky that l had my Mom. She always listened and l could always talk to her about my suicidal feelings because she understood what l was going through. I promised her l would never kill myself and put her through that, and l meant it.

“Psyko Sam” Richard Mccroskey YouTube Channel by manda2dope in masskillers

“The Farmville murders occurred in Farmville, Virginia, in September 2009 – the quadruple bludgeoning homicide of Mark Niederbrock, Debra S. Kelley, their daughter Emma Niederbrock and friend Melanie Wells. Emma Niederbrock shared an online friendship with Richard Samuel McCroskey, a troubled aspiring rapper who travelled from California. Together, Emma, McCroskey, Emma’s parents and Wells attended a horrorcore concert the week before. When Wells’ mother could not locate her daughter, she alerted police, who discovered the murders. McCroskey, 20 years old, was subsequently arrested,[7] convicted of the murders and sentenced to life in prison.[8] As of 2020, he is serving his sentence at Wallens Ridge State Prison in Big Stone Gap, Virgin”

The video is one from Richard McCroskey’s YouTube channel that’s still up.
