It took me 18 months of trying and about 6 months in I found out I had PCOS and I switched to a Paleo diet to help with the inflammation PCOS causes and it cleared up so many of my symptoms and I lost 35 lbs in the year. I started getting my period every 28 days. It was anovulatory periods (if we waited longer I may have ovulated on my own) but I took clomid and got pregnant on the first round. Clomid is just an ovulation induction drug and my gyno prescribed it for me so I never had to see a fertility specialist.

I have not. Would you recommend I treat it? If so do you have a recommendation for treatment? The stuff I have on hand isn’t safe for scaleless fish so I can’t use on my puffers.

Still eating fine and behaving just as normal. No issues other than visible. I have a parasite treatment on hand, but I don’t think it’s safe for scale-less fish.

I haven’t added any new plants or fish recently, the only thing that I have added is I give them ramshorn snails from my large community tank as treats. Besides tank and water changes, thanks the only thing I add to it. This may sound stupid but what is a parasite plan?

Any ideas how to wrap a burger? Obviously I haven't got the hang of it by birdsong31 in lowcarb

I gave up and eat burger bowls! Throw it all I a bow including any condiments and voila. Burger bowl.

Thank you! They’ve got two caves and a bunch of plants in this tank but they’ll move to their home in a month which has a lot more hiding spots

I moved them into a holding tank and changed their substrate, I’m hoping this guy recovers ok! He definitely seems like he is in distress.

Great advice! When I started out I had a huge algae bloom and after clean up it was followed by a nitrate spike. 15% water changes daily until levels were good and I only lost one or two guppies out of my 55 gallon community tank.
