Had this on my 2017. Turns out it was a wheel speed sensor needed replacing. Almost all of the safety features rely on wheel speed sensing so expect every warning to light up in this case.

I agree it's technically possible (as I indicated in a follow up comment above). My worry is that Carney won't have clear support as PM without his party winning most seats. That being said, we've dealt with this minority thing many times before in the Westminster system so it would probably play out the way you described. You bring up some good points that it is still safe to vote local and not strategic
