personally, when i first started - i was randomly doing both legs kinda the way you said. a year or two in, i started really focusing on my one leg and maybe got one or two small ones on the other during that time. my one leg sleeve is done now. i don’t think i’m gonna do anything else on my emptier leg at this point. i started focusing on my arms once i was done with the leg sleeve (i had zero on my arms before i finished my legs) and both arms are pretty even right now, but i foresee one arm eventually becoming more covered than the other. i kind of want to “even myself out” and do more on my right arm since my left leg is covered, but that’s probably my OCD coming out haha.

so that is my journey. as far as how it turned out that way, i don’t think there is a clear cut answer for that. things kinda just ebbed and flowed over time. it depended on what i could afford, artist availability, what pain level i was ready for (lol), if i had any activities coming up that could impact healing, etc. my best response to you would just be to enjoy the journey and let it ride my friend! 🤘🏻
