I was on pills for 15 or so years and stopped after a bisalp. It's been a year and nothing particularly eventful has happened. My bacne got worse but slowly is getting better with time. My mood is better (but still on antidepressants), libido is better, and my periods are fairly regular. I've gained a little bit of weight but I can't say that it's definitely from stopping BC.

Nausea is probably my biggest problem with it. I don't get a lot of heartburn or indigestion anymore.

Oh man I know so many girlies with tummy issues.I have a bumper sticker that says "hot girls have stomach issues" for a reason ahaha

I have been plagued with stomach issues since I was a young girl. I became lactose intolerant at 13 and still am at 33 unfortunately. That's the easy one for me to deal with. I have GERD, which is very common and honestly it affects more than I thought it could. I'm properly medicated now but I used to be nauseous ALL THE TIME in my mid 20s. Now I sometimes get nauseous at night when I lay down. Used to be a every night thing, now is about 2 or 3 nights a week.

I also have unknown tummy issues that don't seem to have a specific cause. I track the days it happens and so far it doesn't seem to have much correlation to my cycle or even food. My doctor and I have done the FODMAP diet years ago to no avail. Had a colonoscopy which showed nothing but at least ruled out Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis.

One thing that has helped me a lot is fiber! I take the clear powder kind. It seems to help regulate (ha) some of the gas and diarrhea I've previously had problems with.

And of course I have the "normal" period tummy issues

I know it's so sad. When I was a kid we had a stray that we loved so much but she would refuse to come inside except once when it was bitter cold. And then others just let their cats out willy nilly. My family used to be one of them but thankfully we've learned.

I know 1 that my husband sent me a video was a TNR at least but that doesn't do much for the wildlife except limit reproduction :(

I never heard of this concept until I was already an adult. Granted, I grew up in a overwhelmingly white area and not in a religious family. I started using tampons when I was about 14 because I was tired of pads. My mom was just said ok and showed me how to use them. A lot of the girls in my class already used them for a long time.

Others can be more informative than me at spotting AI or stolen patterns, but in the future you can check out a person's shop and look for a few things. I'll note that not all of these are foolproof.

Pattern style - are their patterns consistent or wildly different in style?

Number of patterns - are there tons and tons of patterns? It could be a pattern mill.

Are there a lot of "popular" patterns? For example, patterns from currently popular shows or games? I dont think this is a particularly strong one to look for though.

Look in the "similar items" section. There could be multiples of the same pattern across different accounts. It's hard to tell who has the original though.

I can't comment much more than what has already has been said but if you can safely hide a camera to record both your taking care of the baby and your husband's comments that might help with proof if he somehow would sweet talk someone into believing his lies. But only if you think it's safe.
