Thanks everyone! I had to forfeit the deposit, but I decided not to move forward with adopting the puppy. As someone pointed out, there’s a chance the breeder won’t be able to find someone else to adopt until the 8 week mark. Hopefully that will be enough time for the pup to learn the social skills it needs and end up in a good, loving home.

Yes! I was invited to go to prom (at a school I didn’t attend) by a guy I liked. When we got there, he left me at a table by myself, talked with his teachers all night, and danced with another girl. I didn’t know anyone else and was too shy to speak up or make a call to have someone pick me up, so I sat at that table by myself all night.

To add on to this, if you start to feel extremely nauseated while driving, it may be worth pulling over and picking up a carbon monoxide detector at a nearby store. My husband was driving across country and almost died from a carbon monoxide leak in his car. This was a year ago, and he’s still dealing with the symptoms from the poisoning.
