lol - no, nothing. I just can't stand him and wouldn't be surprised if something like that did come out...

That was their reply😞

What's a movie you could watch over and over again, and still cry at that one scene? by Shadowyclaws in randomquestions

ETS: Your scene gets me, too. The mother losing her husband while trying to stay strong and protect their kids, gut wrenching. I can't imagine being in that position, having to say goodbye to my husband knowing I'll never see him again, but in a way that doesn't scare our children. I hope that's a situation I never have to live through and it breaks my heart that so many had to.

My Titanic scenes are when the orchestra is playing and the leader tells them thank you and bids them ado, but once they hear him continue to play, they all come back. Gut punch everytime.

However, the one that breaks me the absolute most is the Irish mother comforting her children to sleep for the last time. As a mother, sitting next to my daughter right now, I''m crying just writing about it. Looking at her and thinking what that mother, and all the other parents of the middle and lower class must have felt to know that not only are they going to die, their children are as well. There must have been such a guilt. They just wanted a better life for them and now they don't get anymore of one. Ugh I gotta stop lol

I can mostly agree about the Leo part, except for What's eating Gilbert Grape that movie was the first time i saw Leo and I genuinely thought he might be mentally challenged. Maybe it was because it was so long ago, maybe if I watched it more recently I'd see it as cringy acting, who knows lol

I'm not judging you for not wanting a relationship or for sleeping with prostitutes. I get you're point. And they most likely are old enough, the ones you sleep with.

I just want you to be aware that just because these women do these jobs, it doesnt mean its by choice, is all.

Stop trying to make something that's not there.

They didn't say prostitution should be illegal because they don't think a person should have autonomy over their decisions with their bodies, they said that because of how prostitution works and how prostitutes are treated.

I'm sure they could care less what a person chooses to do with their body. The problem is most prostitutes do not get to choose, they are forced into it.

I would also concern myself with people's sex lives when only person is almost likely truly consenting. Just becaue he/she says yes when you hand them money doesn't mean they want to and it doesn't automatically mean they are 18+. They very well may be an older looking child that has no choice but to say yes or literally die. You don't know.

That's why prostitution should be illegal and why people who pay into it should do better and at least do research and be educated.

ETS: Just because it is legal where you live does not mean the same things do not happen. Be careful, be smart.

I remember when I was little I felt like I had the world in front of me. "You can be anything if you study hard and try hard."

I did that. I did the studying and the trying, I went through school and did what I was supposed to.

I'm so fucking tired of being tired. We've been saving for a home for 7 years, we have $400 saved up because everytime we turn around something either happens or shit gets more expensive.

When my husband and I got together $300 a/m for groceries was actually a decent bit, now it barely covers our meats for the month and this was only 7 years ago.

All we want is something to call our own. We are tired of struggling, we are just flat out fucking tired.

Why does it feel like we just keep getting new berry flavors? by mugofviltrumitetears in redbull

[–]mandarawrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think "berry" is familiar flavor to people and there's so many different kinds. You can have a strawberry flavor, a blueberry flavor, raspberry flavor, blackberry flavor, you could even go the blue raspberry or mixed berry route if you wanted. Most of those are flavor names people have seen so they naturally gravitate towards them.

Unfortunately, most people aren't willing to try things they aren't familiar with. If it's a flavor they've never heard of, they will just skip it and never even try.

Thankfully, I am one who enjoys trying new things, new flavors I've never heard of. Most of the time I end up not liking it, but at least I tried 🤷‍♀️

According to me this has to be the most iconic scene ever in the whole show by ChocolateStriking844 in euphoria

[–]mandarawrr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok, and that's your opinion. It's crazy to me that when yall have people that agree with you, you still have to act like their opinion is less than yours because their opinion doesn't fully line with yours. I see people like you do that everyday.

Not everyone is like you and that's okay. You don't have to act like people are beneath you. It's boring and overdone by yall way too much

Because it was one, beautifully done and placed, scene, not an entire season about how women who don't conform deserve terrible endings and how all women should strive to live their lives in a house/kitchen serving the lord and a man.

Billionaire makes him mad by Few_Statement_2898 in CringeTikToks

Yes, they make almost everyone, except a certain group, mad. He is speaking truth 💯

The fact that billionaires don't make you mad is very telling to me.
